Onoclea senibilis – Sensitive Fern

Onoclea senibilis – Sensitive Fern

SKU 5000210 Categories , Tags ,

Onoclea sensibilis is a large, native fern found in woods, thickets and shaded moist areas.  It has leathery, triangular fronds that are very sensitive to drought and first frost- hence the name. Still a nice addition to the woodland garden mixed in with other ferns.
