Please inspect your plants upon delivery. If no complaint is made within 48 hours of receipt, the items will be considered accepted.
If you encounter any issues regarding the quality of your plants, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Plants are living, breathing entities and must be handled with proper care to thrive. We provide basic care instructions with each delivery to help you manage your plants effectively.
Bumbee’s limits its liability to the purchase price of the plants. We guarantee that our plants are healthy upon delivery, but we cannot control how they are cared for once they leave our nursery.
