All items delivered are subject to acceptance upon delivery and any plants wished to be returned for any issue regarding quality will receive a full 100% refund if claim is made within 48 hours of receipt of plants. All sales are deemed final after 48 hour period of receipt of plants. Please note plants are living, breathing, and need to be handled with proper care.
