All items sold through Bumbee’s are guaranteed farm fresh from our nursery.

Order Acceptance and Delivery

Please inspect your plants upon delivery. As per our terms, if no complaint is made within 48 hours of receipt, the items will be considered accepted. You must also submit a photo showing how the plants were received in their original packaging.

Return and Refund Policy

If you encounter any issues regarding the quality of your plants, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. You must also submit a photo showing how the plants were received in their original packaging.

Customer Responsibilities

Plants are living, breathing entities and must be handled with proper care to thrive. We provide basic care instructions with each delivery to help you manage your plants effectively.

Liability and Warranty

Bumbee’s limits its liability to the purchase price of the plants. We guarantee that our plants are healthy upon delivery, but we cannot control how they are cared for once they leave our nursery.

To protect our plants from extreme summer heat, we’ve paused nationwide ground shipping to avoid any damage during transit.

We’re still delivering locally to Long Island and Queens, so nearby customers will continue to receive orders as usual.
